- To manufacture, install
and maintain all orders to
the highest standard
- To respond to all call-outs for repair at least
within 4 hours of initial contact
- To carry out all work in accordance with the ISO
9011-2000 standard
- To carry out all work in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard
and in conjunction with Grange Door Systems' environmental policy
- To
minimise any degradation of the environment and recycle all waste materials
where possible,
- To complete all work with our own highly-trained staff: no Grange
Door Systems work is subcontracted
- To invite all customers to complete the on-line
questionnaire (or, if preferred, download and submit in paper work)
on completion of the order. For every questionnaire returned, £5
will be donated to the Edinburgh Marie Curie Cancer Research Centre.
